Indoor Track & Field
What?
Indoor Track & Field is an opportunity for middle school and high school athletes to train and compete indoors. Our coaches provide guidance to help athletes improve their skills so they can have fun and compete at their highest potential. The Bozeman Track Club team competes in the following T&F disciplines:
Shot Put
High Jump
Long Jump
Triple Jump
Pole Vault (advanced pole vaulters should consider the BTC Vault Project)
Sprints (60m - 400m)
Mid-Distance (400m - 800m)

Who?
This program is for middle school and high school track and field athletes in the 6-12th grades.
Note: Some meets are only open to 9-12 grade athletes. While we enjoy training younger athletes, they have limited opportunity to compete.
Practice Schedule
The 2026 season starts January 4th, and runs through March 7th. Practices will be every Sunday from 3:00-4:30, and Tuesday/Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:00pm. All practices will meet at the Kennedy-Stark Athletic Center.
Competition Schedule
Athletes will have the opportunity to compete as part of the BTC Indoor T&F team at meets throughout the season. The details for these meets is on our Competition Calendar Page.

Registration:
The season fee for Indoor Track & Field is $150. Additionally, all participants must have an active USATF membership ($35 annually).
Note: These costs do not include fees for meets. We also offer scholarships for those who may need it.
